Our counselling and life coaching services take a holistic approach, addressing the past, present, and future with compassion and courage. Our mission is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where hearts and minds can be renewed, empowering individuals to live a life of purpose and fulfillment.

So that you can easily access our services at your convenience, we run our sessions either via phone, video conference or in person in Mernda, Victoria, Australia.

Chantel Hennessy

Chantel is a gentle, warm person who is very passionate about people being the best they can be. She helps clients overcome hurdles to find freedom and joy. She loves listening to and walking alongside clients in their journey, as we all strive to figure out our best life. Chantel believes that our core beliefs and life values shape our lives, so she bases her sessions on FSW's principles of compassion, courage and grace. Chantel's experience includes family therapy, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief and loss, life coaching, cross-cultural circumstances, motivation, confidence, parenting/step-parenting and blended families, children, youth and adults.
